In a typical build, a manufacturer might buy a mixer from Company A, a conveyor from Company B and a control system from Company C. When a problem occurs during commissioning, vendors often blame each other. With an integrated manufacturing system from Lodige, we take full responsibility for the entire line. If a sensor isn’t communicating with a motor, it is our responsibility to fix it. This eliminates finger-pointing and reduces project delays.

When an integrated system requires specialized components that we don’t manufacture in-house, we act as the general contractor, using our network of trusted contractors to provide those components. Yes. Modern manufacturing requires data transparency. Our electrical engineering team designs control systems (using platforms like Siemens or Rockwell) that can be bridged to your higher-level enterprise resource planning (ERP) or manufacturing execution systems (MES). This allows you to track batch data, energy usage and throughput in real-time.

Documentation is often the most overlooked part of a project until an audit or a breakdown occurs. We provide comprehensive documentation that covers every component in the system, including:

• CE/UL certifications and safety declarations.
• Mechanical drawings and P&IDs (piping and instrumentation diagrams).
• Electrical schematics and software logic.
• Spare parts lists for both Lodige and third-party components.

We follow a structured four-step process to ensure nothing is missed:

• Maintenance and support: Transitioning the system to our North America-based team for long-term care.
• Design and planning: Detailed engineering based on your specific product properties.
• Production and coordination: Manufacturing the core Lodige machines and sourcing peripherals.
• Assembly and commissioning: Physical installation in your facility and “wet testing” with actual product.

We perform a factory acceptance test (FAT) at our facility. We assemble the critical parts of the system and run tests (often with your specific raw materials) to verify that the integrated logic and mechanical flow meet the agreed-upon KPIs. This ensures that by the time the system reaches your floor, bugs have already been resolved.

Because Lodige is your single point of contact, you don’t need to track down the subcontractor. Our customer service team handles the warranty and repair coordination for the entire integrated system, ensuring fast maintenance intervals and high service quality regardless of which specific part needs attention.
